San Francisco Apartment Association The San Francisco Apartment association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to keep San Francisco housing owners informed about how to manage their property. This member organization has a wealth of resources from legal issues to expert advice on a variety of topics. In addition to a monthly magazine, members receive discounts on insurance coverage, repairs, and many other services. The Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco The Professional Property Management Association is a member organization that keeps fellow property managers and local vendors up-to-date through it's web resources and monthly luncheon meetings. Meeting topics include informative lectures, round-table discussions, and expert panels concerning property management. The PPMA also publishes a quarterly newsletter with timely information on the local and state political scenes, details about changes in laws and useful information specific to San Francisco.
