Jennifer grew up in the Crocker Amazon/ Outer Mission district of San Francisco. She discovered her passion for real estate when she took a Property Management class taught by an instructor who ran his own company in SF. The experiences the instructor shared throughout the semester sparked an innate desire to learn about property management. This class lead her down the path to completing the California Real Estate Certificate program at CCSF. This led to an opportunity to work in property management with multi-unit residential properties in San Francisco and Marin. The fast paced, ever changing market fueled her passion and honed her skills for real estate leasing and management.
In 2011, Jennifer started as Assistant to the Broker and Leasing Agents for Rentals In SF. Working with Jackie Tom and the leasing agents have developed her skills as a leasing agent. She enjoys helping property owners and landlords with the leasing and marketing process. When she’s not zipping from one open house to another, she’s exploring the neighborhoods through the food, art and music scene.
