Applicants may submit a recent external credit report that includes a credit score, full credit history, and eviction records; however, RentalsInSF reserves the right to obtain and rely on its own screening reports if deemed necessary.
Rental History
Applicants must provide verifiable rental history reflecting timely payments, compliance with lease terms, and positive landlord references.
