Let’s be honest – trying to find an apartment in SF is not the best experience. Between the horror stories and competition, it’s tough. Add in me moving from Los Angeles, and I wasn’t feeling too warm and fuzzy.
But Jennifer and Jackie made this one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had. Not only were they incredibly professional, their response time to email was pristine. Always prompt and always truthful. The apartment was truthfully represented and the process with which I was chosen and transferred to the property management team for handling the lease was as smooth as could be. Jennifer and Jackie – thanks for making me “one of the lucky ones.” I’m beyond excited to start my next chapter in my new home!
